Robert M. Gomberg

Bob Gomberg concentrates his practice in banking and creditor’s rights litigation, real estate, foreclosures, mechanic’s liens and general commercial litigation. He principally represents financial institutions and lenders in mortgage foreclosure related litigation. He also represents real estate investors and developers in purchasing and selling real estate as well as working out their lease negotiations, evictions and building code violations.

Bob was appointed as the small firms/ liaison to the Chancery Division, Mortgage Foreclosure Case Management Advisory Group for Small Firms by Circuit Court Judge Dorothy Kinnaird in 2009. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
